Aside from that I've always seen it as a hollywood-esque revision of HL2's aesthetics. Particularly the pistol and SMG model you can find from the original author off gamebanana. I've always thought the ridiculous sexualization of the graffiti and females in the game kind of added to the charm of the whole thing.
